MARELLE is an e-commerce brand selling automotive head-up displays and related accessories. References to “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to MARELLE. References to “you” and “your” refer to the user or customer.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from this Site. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that all information provided is accurate.

Vehicle compatibility is stated on each product page. OBD2 models require a working OBD2 port; GPS models require a clear view of the sky. Our displays present information for reference only. The vehicle’s own instruments remain the authoritative source, and you are responsible for driving in accordance with posted limits and road conditions.

Products described as “coming soon” or “in development” are not offered for sale, and no order can be placed for them. Specifications for those products are provisional and may change before launch.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time without prior notice. Where a product is listed as sold out, no order can be placed for it.

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the product at the listed price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.

Prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely through our payment providers including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

We offer free worldwide shipping. Delivery times vary by destination and are provided as estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photograph and we will replace it or refund you in full. We do not accept returns for change of mind, so please check that your vehicle has an OBD2 port before ordering. Nothing here affects any statutory rights you have under the consumer law of your own country, which apply regardless of this section.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, product artwork, and software, is the property of MARELLE or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MARELLE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or Site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the country in which MARELLE is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
