Marelle is an e-commerce brand selling at-home hair removal devices and related accessories. References to "we", "us", and "our" refer to Marelle. References to "you" and "your" refer to the user or customer.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from this Site. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that all information provided is accurate.

Our product is intended for personal cosmetic use only. It is not a medical device. Results vary by individual based on skin tone, hair color, and consistency of use. Marelle is suitable for light-to-medium skin tones with darker hair. Please consult the compatibility guide on our Site before purchasing.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time without prior notice.

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the product at the listed price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.

Prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely through our payment providers including Shopify Payments, Klarna, Clearpay, and PayPal. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

We offer free EU shipping. Delivery times vary by destination and are provided as estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.

Unused devices in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Marelle devices carry a two-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Marelle or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marelle is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or Site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the country in which Marelle is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
